Desire for fuller breasts

I had a baby a year ago, and since then, my breasts have become soft and saggy, probably due to breastfeeding. What can I do to enhance my bust so that it can go back to what it used to be? Are there any side effects and risks?
S.S.

Dear S.S.,
BeforeBeforeAfterAfterBreast implants will enhance the shape of your breasts and restore your size. Breast implants and tummy tucks are the standard ‘mommy’ procedures done after childbirth to restore a woman’s shape. In severe cases of ptosis(sagging), a breast lift may need to be done at the same time as an implant insertion.

Bear in mind though, that breast augmentation and lifts do not prevent changes in the breast that occur as a result of future pregnancies, weight gain or loss.

It’s always best to do these procedures when your nest is complete and you want a complete body overhaul. You can choose from a variety of implants i.e. saline or silicone filled, and even round or teardrop shaped ones. Each will have pros and cons and you need to discuss this at length with your surgeon before reaching a decision.
