Body acne

I have acne all over my body. The acne and scars are quite bad and I would like to get rid of them. I believe that scar removal or a skin peel is available at most hospitals. Please recommend what treatment I should have and how much it generally costs. I want to be acne and scar free on both my face and body!

I would advise that you consider taking oral isotretinoin and antibiotics if your acne problem is severe. Both will need to be prescribed by your dermatologist, who will decide what is best for you. The cost of the medication will be around RM200 to RM300 a month.

As for acne scars, we can use cosmetic lasers such as Fractional CO2, Erbium, Nd:YAG or Cooltouch. The cost will range from RM400 to RM2800 per treatment. You may need about four to six treatments to achieve good results.
